A great series of question starters at Nideo Qubein’s website got me thinking about how you can stand out as a professional simply by asking questions no one else will.
Here are a few more questions to start asking your customers or prospects:
“How does this affect you, personally?”
“How long have you been doing things this way?”
“Where do you see us making the biggest impact for you?”
“What are you hoping to get out of this meeting today?”
“How would you describe your system in a best-case scenario?”
“If you could go back and redesign this program, what would it look like?”
“If you didn’t review your program periodically, how would you know there’s not a better system out there?”
Surely you’ve got others you count on that cause buyers to think before responding, right?
