<description>Thanks so much for your thorough review of InterviewStudio. I'll try to answer those things that weren't quite clear:

1) The library of interview questions currently numbers about 1000 and growing. We have painstakingly matched them to the ONET list of Industry Classifications and Job Functions that are in use today, and added some missing high tech ones. When a candidate registers with InterviewStudio, he/she chooses which Industry Category/Job Function they wish to use for their "showcase" and a set of 20 questions for that specific Job Function is shown. Out of these 20, he/she chooses 8 to answer. So, yes, if a Sales industry job function is chosen by the candidate, then the questions will match.

In V 2.0 we will be implementing a "Send in Your Best Interview Question" program, and we'll integrate these into the growing library. Further, we will offer employer-specific question sets to the larger employer accounts on InterviewStudio. Candidates will be able to choose Job Function questions and/or general Employer Set questions.

2). Regarding security of information: Yes, since candidates have total control of their showcases, they choose who can see them. They can keep them totally private and only send them to employers and recruiters of their choice OR they can choose to include their showcase in the InterviewStudio subscriber database.

It will be interesting to get feedback from candidates and employers on this point as well. Will candidates want to send "partial" showcases, for instance... -- perhaps sending their complete show to their recruiter but leaving out their assessment portion when sending to an employer? This would be an option we could offer in the future. Currently a candidate can do this by creating multiple showcases, with different resume versions, for instance... and different endorsements perhaps.

Thanks again for your review!</description>
