Play or pay to get access to contact names, that’s what Jigsaw is about.
It allows you to serve up and/or download contact names from the top companies across the United States.
When you play, your membership with Jigsaw is forever free. All it takes is uploading enough contacts to justify the number of contacts you want to download.
You purchase contacts with points, which can be earned by uploading others (which is done anonymously). Make some sales calls, get some names, load them into the Jigsaw system, and download the ones you really want.
When you pay, $25 per month gets you 25 contacts per month. Or, you can buy them at a minimum of 20 at a time on a pay-as-you-go basis, with one contact equal to five points, and one point equal to $1.00.
Check out the overview page or their frequently asked questions, or go sign up and starting clicking around. But be forewarned: you might be tempted to start making more cold calls.

I have been using Jigsaw for about a month now and I am more than satisfied with information I have collected.
One thing to keep in mind is cross-referencing you information. I have made calls before where the employee had left the company, but was still in Jigsaw. The information isn’t always right 100% of the time, but sometimes you can get direct numbers and other goodies. This tool for me is a “must have” for Inside Sales. Avoid the Secretaries!!!
