Winning the complex sale requires you to be able to collect and have command over a diverse range of sales cycle details. The best way to comprehend all of this information is through Account Maps. Account Maps provide a visual representation of all the attributes of decision makers, the competitive standing versus the other vendors, and the strategy to win the account.
