We recently hired a star performer at SalesTeamTools HQ.

She works 24?7, does not take lunch breaks, never gets sick and you really can’t beat the employee benefits - she works for free!

Now, before you get upset about the way we treat our employees - please meet Sandy, our new virtual assistant.

Sandy notifies you of upcoming meetings, she pages you about a call you need to make or a presentation you promised to email - she even reminds you of your anniversary and that you’re supposed to drop of your car at the garage later this afternoon.

Sandy is easy to get along with - it’s as easy as sending an email to a special email address with a few simple keywords and she’ll take it from there.

When you tell her about appointments, to-dos, and contacts, her replies come with attachments you can click to add to your calendar, to-do list, or address book. You can even introduce her to your calendar so that everything you tell her shows up there automatically.

A few smart examples of how Sandy can help you stay ahead:

  • Remember call Tom 11/18 at (415) 555-1212 @nextweek
Sandy pages you to call Tom, includes the number and adds the “nextweek” tag
  • Remind me I have a sales meeting on 11/24 at 1-2pm
Sandy reminds you about your meeting
  • Remember my United mileage number is abcde12345 @travel
Sandy stores your mileage number and adds the tag “travel”
  • Remind me to update CRM @daily
Sandy sends you a daily email to update your CRM database
  • Lookup @nextweek
Sandy send you all items you flagged with the”nextweek” tag
  • Remind me of Jim @ Company A’s birthday on 11/23 @yearly
Every year, Sandy reminds you of your customer Jim’s birthday

No matter where we are, Sandy is always available. She sends reminders by email to BlackBerry, Palm and iPhone, or even text you on your cell phone. We couldn’t ask for a better assistant!

Maybe if you ask nicely, Sandy will work for you too.
