		<description>Nice!  David Sandler called it "No Pay Time"... the time you can't be in front of clients.  The idea is to use the time for paper work - preparing proposals, presentations, etc...  or more to the point, don't use regular business hours for this type of work because you'd be better off in front of a customer.

The problem is that most people have trouble staying organized enough to manage "Pay Time" vs. "No Pay Time" properly.
